A strategy is formulated with you, we do this by understanding the digital information and processing needs of the business, by first understanding the current business processes and systems overlaying them and any constraints or shortfalls you may have. Alternatively we can do a systems health audit and make direct recommendations. We agree on a "to be" end system specification and then move forward to achieve it by building the strategy and underpinning it with plans and milestones. Plans often include budgetary and cappex proposals. Once approved a system and supplier selection stage commences. Following selection, a detailed project plan is built, project management gets under way and we commit resources and implement.

Plans are phased to ensure normal business continuity continues in the organisation and can run short term 0-4 months, medium term 5-24 months, or long term 25-48 months.
