Stewart Ferguson;

Stewart  has a degree in computer Integrated systems and  is an expert in organizational change management, project management, business analysis, gap fit, implementation, and evaluation of ERP systems. His extensive experience includes ERP software selection, organisational change management, acting CIO,  project manager, consultant and implementer. In addition to his extensive ERP experience, Stewart has also helped clients with merger and acquisitions, business integration, business process reengineering.  He consults clients on ERP digital transformation implementations leveraging on his real world experience on tier one and two enterprise systems.
 
Throughout his career, Stewart has helped advise on ERP systems, management and IT business process engineering for countless numbers of SMB’s and worked for a few of the UK biggest manufacturing companies and one of the worlds largest textile manufacturers. Stewart has worked and implemented for a number of  software solution providers and understands the sector very well. His experience of business process covers multiple business sectors and process including CRM, sales, financials, shared services, manufacture, purchasing, contract management, service management, business analysis, MRP, mobile ERP, on premise, in the cloud, hybrid solutions and systems integration. His sphere of experience allows him to advise on standard, or bespoke system architecture and design to derive effective, efficient business systems that deliver real IT results.

  Trailblazer's founder is a Microsoft Dynamics ERP specialist, is Nav qualified and has been advising, architecting, and implementing solutions for clients since the late nineteen nineties, in small, medium and large enterprises, including one of Scotland's biggest manufacturing organisations and on the UK's biggest Nav implementation encompassing 32 sites. Stewart knows ERP.
 
Stewart had real hands on experience before fully transitioning to IT consultancy and Virtual CIO directorship having “walked the walk” as a manufacturing and production engineer, project manager, operational planner, disaster recovery project manager, and planning and distribution manager. This has ordained Stewart with insightful end user knowledge and experience few consultants have and given him the ability to underpin his IT knowledge with real business disciplines.
